Join us for Cindy Abraham’s August 10 artist demonstration!

Cindy Abraham has over 30 years of experience with arts and government. Cindy is the Director of the Gallery at 48 Natoma. She is the curator for exhibits for municipal art gallery spaces, including three exhibition areas: a professional gallery of regional, national, and international exhibits, a community gallery of local and emerging artists and student artworks, and Folsom City Hall displays of the local art association. She has been a guest juror for numerous art exhibitions, most recently for the prestigious California Art Club and the Granite Group plein air painters.

Cindy coordinates the Folsom Art Center programs, including over 25 weekly art classes in various media and 17 contracted instructors. Additionally, she part of the Public Art Program and the Folsom Arts and Culture Commission. She is the staff in charge of arts fundraisers for the Folsom Handblown Glass Pumpkin Patch.

This evening, Cindy will discuss the process for submitting your artwork for consideration to exhibit at a gallery and the dos and don’ts of a professional proposal.
