Wanna Paint a Dragon???
The City of Folsom is seeking the help of one or more volunteer artists to paint a dragon for installation in the soon-to-be completed renovation of the beloved “Castle Park,” in the Willow Creek South area of Folsom.
A Call to Artists has been issued, with a proposal submission deadline of May 21, 2026.
