Seventeen Years of Placerville Art on Parade
Placerville’s community art project for the last fifteen years (2007-2021) has been Banners on Parade. The first two years, it was Wheelbarrows on Parade (2005) and Wine Barrels on Parade (2006). 2021 marks the 17th year of Placerville Art on Parade!
