“From Sketch to Scale:
How Digital Tools Can Elevate Your Art and Reach”
In this engaging demo, Brian Wallace will share how digital tools can help illustrators and traditional artists create, scale, and market their work more effectively. From producing high-quality art prints and stickers to developing professional branding and packaging design, Brian will walk through the tools and techniques he uses both as an artist and a marketing consultant.
This session is ideal for artists looking to expand their reach, explore digital illustration, and turn their creative passions into scalable offerings.
About Brian: Brian Wallace is a Folsom-based artist, illustrator, and designer whose work celebrates the charm and character of Northern California. Known for his distinctive style that blends hand-drawn detail with digital polish, Brian’s art often reflects the places, people, and stories that define his hometown.
Brian’s creative reach extends into public art, children’s books, and community collaborations. His city banner designs have brightened Folsom’s streets, while his books—Daisy and the Dirty Dozen, Winnie & Ruby’s Folsom ABC Adventure, and Find Your Way Through Folsom—have become local favorites, each blending storytelling with a strong sense of place.
With a background in design and marketing, Brian brings thoughtful composition and purpose to his work. He finds inspiration in everyday moments, often starting with a simple sketch or scene that sparks a story. Whether through whimsical bears or curious ducklings, his art invites people of all ages to connect, smile, and rediscover the magic in their surroundings.
