Arts Achievement Award 2024

Folsom Arts Association is honored to announce that we have been selected to receive the City of Folsom Arts and Culture Commission, Arts Achievement Award 2024!

The Award is part of the Folsom Arts and Culture Commission’s Arts Achievement Recognition Program, which was developed in 2004 to increase awareness and recognition of outstanding arts individuals and organizations in Folsom.

FAA’s nomination for the award was based upon a variety of benefits we provide to the community, including: monthly art demonstrations, workshops, support to The Gallery at 48 Natoma, sponsorship of members’ art shows and a biennial amateur photography contest, and promotion of member support of locally and regionally-sponsored art and community benefit activities.

The award was presented to the Folsom Arts Association at the Folsom City Council meeting on Tuesday, May 13th.
